Is it possible to load calibre on a Samsung tab s
and does it work same as it did on my windows computer
My computer died yesterday

No; calibre is not available for Android Tablets, and I seriously doubt it ever will be.

Best thing is to run Calibre Companion on your tablet talking to Calibre on your PC.

Calibre Companion is the app I use every day on my Samsung tablet. I love it and highly recommend it.
