Parsing boxed sets

Sometimes I can only get a desired title in a boxed set, but I already have the other ebooks that are in that set.

Is there a way (in Calibre or any other process) to save one title while deleting or eliminating the others?

Use the EpubSplit plugin. Forum thread is here

ETA This will only work on EPUBs but it's easy to get Calibre to convert to this format if necessary.
