Best approach to turn pages on K4 NT from windows

Hey guys

What is the best approach to be able to send turn page command to the kindle 4NT? The device is not jailbroken. On firmware 4.1.3.

You cannot send page turn commands without an actual way to communicate with the device, so step 1 is to jailbreak.
