Sigil 0.9.0 no encoding Ampersands in Metadata Editor
When open the Metadata Editor and edit the title/author with included Ampersand, Sigil written the Ampersand unencoded in the content.opf.
e.g.: open Metadata Editor as title or author: Laurel & Hardy OK Correct Sigil must encoding the & as & but Sigil written in content.opf <dc:title>Laurel & Hardy</dc:title> When open the Metadata editor again, Sigil deleting the Ampersands with incorrect title/author: <dc:title>Laurel Hardy</dc:title> Sigil 0.9.0 (Debian/sid) |

This is a known error (I assume it is the same issue I reported regarding using tags in the description) and is fixed in the source tree.
