I'm adding alot of chapters to my main calibre library and then mergin them to arc's. so i made another librare where i capy only the done arcs for easier acces. However when i connect with my phone (FBReader) i see all the arc from the normal library. is there a way to force it to only use the second library wth the arc's?

Are you referring to the Content Server?
The Content Server can be started from the GUI, but only for your currently active library. However, you can start a standalone instance using the CLI: http://manual.calibre-ebook.com/gene...re-server.html Code:
calibre-server --with-library /path/to/second/library |
