German update at 100%

Hi, I pushed the german language from 78% to 100%. It was really a hard job but also funny. Hope you enjoy it.

I'll improve a few phrases on the next update. Maybe i have to improve few grammatical expressions and typos in there.
Also thanks to the german volunteers, DataMillenium and CC-Peter

Your work will be in the next CC release, either as another beta this week or if there aren't any problems found with the current beta, in the production release on Friday. And thank you for your work!

Also thanks to the other translators who have kept other languages up to date, especially French and Spanish.
