iTunes Store Terms & Conditions Update
Apple updated their iTunes Store Terms and Conditions on October 21st in a simple 27 page document:

"THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE ITUNES STORE, MAC APP STORE, APP STORE, APP STORE FOR APPLE TV, IBOOKS STORE AND APPLE MUSIC SERVICES ("SERVICES"). TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS, CLICK "AGREE." IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT CLICK "AGREE," AND DO NOT USE THE SERVICES."

These terms doesn't really matter where I live, we only care about the consumer law and anything contradicting it even slightly is void. Even if it is not a direct violation, court can rule that said term of the EULA is for the advantage of the company over the consumers and therefore void.

This things only matter when you do something illegal, grey or live in USA.

I think the comment is about the length of the agreement, not any particular part of it.

Then again, a 27 page agreement of this type doesn't bode well for the non-Apple party.

It's mostly some revisions for clarification and adding the Apple Watch and TV.

- They no longer cancel subscriptions automatically if the price increases.
- If you don't want auto updates on certain apps, they just say that you should delete said app.
- "Some pieces of Eligible Content may be large or may initiate the ongoing delivery of content based on usage and resource constraints, and significant data charges may result from delivery of such Eligible Content over a data connection."

I just don't see the point, I must admit. It changes every few weeks, and as has already been said, in many parts of the world it's superseded by local consumer law anyway.
