problem to add books in library

I am not able any more to add books in my library.
I always have the following message:

gauge 2.41 [64bit] isfrozen: True is64bit: True
Windows-8-6.2.9200 Windows ('64bit', 'WindowsPE')
('Windows', '8', '6.2.9200')
Python 2.7.9
Windows: ('8', '6.2.9200', '', 'Multiprocessor Free')
Traceback (most recent cal last):

UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf8' codec can' T decodes byte 0x92 in position 467: invalid start byte

Something on your computer is blocking calibre from communicating with its worker processes. Most likely an anti-virus program.

However, even after having closed my anti-virus, I receive the same message.
