Unhappy win hot keys problem

When language of keyboard is EN - everything is OK.
But when RU (russian) or HY (armenian) Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V etc - dont work at all so do nothing...

You could remap CTRL+C and CTRL+V to the corresponding Russian or Armenian letters via Edit > Preferences > Keyboard shortcuts, however, you can define only one additional shortcut.

BTW, this problem doesn't occur with the Linux version.

Copy & paste on any keyboard layout.
Thanks for the info, this key not listed in the "Preferences".
Unfortunately, it takes 2 hands.

Thanks, I will do it for myself.
But Ctrl+D is in list and works OK with any keyboard layout.
So I don't understand why Ctrl + A, Z, C V are not on the list.
Never mind, thanks for info.

Not on any standard US desktop keyboards. Ctrl and shift keys have been on (I remember using an ADM3, Glass TTY with 1 hand. The other arm was in a sling) both sides of the spacebar from BEFORE the original IBM PC days.

We have gained additional Alt, Meta keys on the right side

Now on Laptop Keyboards
Only the basic Letters and spacebar seem to remain untouched. Everything else seems open for tampering. (OK the enter, BS keys seem to be fairly consistent) and some of the basics gain a 3rd Fcn level)

And now keyboards on touchscreens haven't INS button
Everything changes with time...
