Manga Rock Android compatibility with i86 ML

Hi

I am considering an i86ML as my manga reader. Can any i86ML owner confirm that this Manga Rock app can be installed on and will work with the device?

Link to app: http://www.mangarockapp.com/definitive.html

I have been using this app on my phone for more than a year and have over 200 manga bookmarked in the app's backup account so I would prefer to be able to just restore them and continue.

Please help me out, thank you very much

You'll be relieved to know that Manga Rock is pretty much the only manga app I've found that works on the i86 at all. The Android version is just too low for most apps, in the end, or their buttons don't show up in grayscale. Even Manga Rock, though, is agonizingly slow (several minutes to load a chapter), and the manga page doesn't fill the entire screen, because of the app chrome and ads. There are also the usual problems with Android apps on ereaders--stuff that doesn't look good in grayscale, animations that suck time and energy while leaving artifacts behind unless you refresh the screen again... In other words, you won't be wanting to use it. You just get such a much better reading experience if you use downloaded pdfs or epubs of manga like you would with normal books in the default reader.

@Raiden
Thank you very much for your insight. I guess I will wait a bit more until e-reader technology is mature enough to handle Android properly.
I also found a software called HaruNeko so I guess I will be back at e-reader again when I find something that provides significantly better reading experience than my 6" phone.
Anyway thank you very much Raiden.
