How to edit margins in MOBI file?

I've got a few books where the left hand margin is noticeably bigger than the right, all the text is shunted slightly to one side.

Can anyone tell me how to go about fixing this with Calibre?

Convert to AZW3 (KF8), fix what needs fixing and read that. Your K3 and PW will read KF8 (AZW3).

Thanks, I've got as far as editing a .css file but I'm a bit unsure what to edit, I see lots of references to the margin.
