There are a bunch of audio drama and audiobook fan-sites out there that do this kind of stuff. One of my personal favorites is Heroic Efforts. I found this one because they have audio adaptations of actual published Doctor Who books. How they get away with that is beyond me, but they've been up there for years and no one has complained yet.
