Calibre Folder Locations

Hi I want to move my calibre library from one hard drive to another is it possible to do this without having calibre re-scan all the books again.

Preferably just copy paste library to different drive then somehow?? put that info in calibre.

See How do I move my calibre library from one computer to another? (but in your case it will be on the same computer, just a new location).

I would ensure that you do a copy, ensure it IS working in the new location before the delete.

Just use the "Open Library" menu item to open the library in its new location. Nothing more to it than that.

Thanks For the advice Now have a bit more room on my C drive
