Unable to detect any disk drives for the device: The Nook.

Hi All,

I wonder if anyone can help me.. I have a couple of devices.. all of which are Kindles, which work perfectly in Calibre.

I've just picked up a cheap Nook Simple Touch Glow to use on holiday.. But calibre cant communicate with it..

I get the following when I use the debug device connection:

DeviceError: Unable to detect any disk drives for the device: The Nook. Try rebooting

The Nook is detected as drive letters: J (Internal) and K (SD Card) on my PC (which is Windows 10 despite the debug saying 8)

Any one know what might be the problem?

Nevermind.. I realised I had clicked the update warning to the latest update but not installed it.. I have now done so.. and it seems to be working properly

To anyone finding this thread.. update Calibre. 2.64 works fine for me.
