what is an ati_dbg file
I read mobipcoket boos on my treo 750. When downloading a new book the other day I a file call ati_dbg appeared in my list of ebooks on the treo. It has presumably 0 bytes. I don't know what this is... can I delete it? is it something important the mobipocket reader seems to recognize this an an ebook and I don't know why
Thanks Elihu |

Appears to be a temporary file, or a file used to write debug log information, would be my guess. Not an e-book. It might be best to follow-up on one of the forums revealed by the above web search. |

Actually,I did do the same good search initially.. it seems to be keeping some kind of log.... but i discovered that it is something on main memory. so i just reset my library to only pick up ebooks from expansion card not all... so at least I don't see it(out of sight ...out of mind) but why it is recognized by mobipocket reader I don't' know ...will probably post at mobipocket forum see if they can give me a more specific answer...thanks for your response Elihu If I find out more will post here the answer for those who are curious E |

for anyone who is curious ....this is the answer I got from the folks at mobipocket
This is a txt file. It is a log file, which is automatically generated. You can delete it. But it probably will be regenerated and will reappear again in the library. There is an option to show all txt files, all HTML files, all pdb files. (Menu -> Options -> Library) You can enter this section and disable the txt files. This file won't appear in your library again |
