How to bookmark a page on the M96

I just bought the M96
but what ever i tried i am not able to bookmark a page in a PDF file.
There is nothing mentioned in the manual about this
Just how to show the booksmark not how to add or delete them !

Can anyone tell me how i can do this

Hi Nico,

In the top right corner of a page there is a little empty triagle - tap on it. It will turn black indicating that the page has been bookmarked (dogeared).

If you can't see it press the Home button, then Settings -> Screen -> Show bookmark -> set to Enabled.

Yep, the manual seems a bit of an afterthought. You can learn more by browsing this forum or visiting links from my signature.

I Tought already that it should work that way, however when i click with the styles on the triangle, the document i'm reading will revert a page or two instead of bookmarking the page . In fact if i click at any place on the screen it will do that.

It is doing this since i bought it.

It also have some other strange behavior.
For example it will only show the general menu after i first had the menu on the screen for the scribble options ?
and even the scribble option shows up after many tries clicking the styles on the bottom part of the screen.

So i thought maybe i have an old software version.
So i updated it with the verion update 2015-06-08.
But that didn't solve the problem.

does anyone know or have this problem. ?

Hey Nico,

In Onyx Neo Reader you can turn pages by tapping near the side edges of the screen. Similarly tapping near the top or bottom edge opens the menu. Perhaps it is the calibration issue then? You could try and recalibrate by going from the main screen's menu to Settings -> Extension -> Calibrate.

I have never had the need for using that option myself and there were some horror stories before so proceed with caution

P.S. I'm on 2014-10-13 firmware and generally had no major problems with it.
