Adding images in pages?

How do you correctly add an image, whether it is a chapter header above the page, or a side image with the page text wrapped around it?

This is not WYSIWYG

3 steps, 2 are real easy
1)Import the Image . File: Import Files into Book: <your valid image file>

2) on the page, AND inside the Para/Heading/Div use the Image place tool (a picture icon on the current page toolbar)

3)Break out your HTML CSS books/tutorialsand hand code a Float
