Your EPUB appears to be corrupted. Try copying it, renaming the copy to a *.zip, and examining the contents --- chances are it won't even open.

Depending on what went wrong, you may be able to recover some or all of the contents -- there are programs easily found via Google which can help with that -- or you may have to get a new copy from the original source.
