Calibre work as transfer tool for Nook HD?

Can Calibre transfer ePub files to a Nook HD?
I do not want to root if I don't have to. I like the nook is, but not happy that I can no longer load files on it.

If you can copy files to the device using the OS, you can probably use one of the send modes available in Calibre.

One known exception is XP with MTP devices. (With XP, you are alo stuck with Calibre 1.48

Do not post the same discussion in more than one forum. Try to pick the most relevant forum for your post.

If it's been a few days since the last comment in your thread and you haven't received a suitable answer to your question, you may bump your thread by commenting in it. You must not ask the same question in a new thread in the same forum.

If you receive no replies, and you think you may have chosen the wrong forum, report your post and ask the moderators to move it to the right forum.

Which software performs an OS copy maneuver is not particularly relevant. The Nook users will know if there is any way to get access to the Nook storage. i.e. the other thread was in the right place.
