Although this appears to be only free for the UK, it seems to deal specifically how this all works in the US, although some of the customer reviews note that it does seem to have cromulent and applicable advice regarding risk taking in investments in general, but should otherwise be taken with a grain of salt as regards to the actual specific property investments it advises, as it seems to have been written before the real estate bubble collapsed. Caveat real estate emptor, and all that.

Currently free @ B&N UK, Amazon UK, & Kobo (available to the UK, and didn't seem to be free in any of the other regional Amazon stores I spot-checked which usually also get the UK freebies, though YMMV). Might also be free @ Google Play UK, which I can't easily check from Canada, sorry, and here's some price-drop-check linkage for iTunes UK, which usually eventually gets these HC UK freebies a little late if they don't have them already.

Unlikely to cross the pond, since we've a pretty low transmigration rate for HC UK freebies to begin with.
