I am going to buy a Entourage Pocket Edge 'dualbook' for 400$. Is it worth ?

It's years old software running on 5 year old hardware.

I'm not saying don't buy it, just know what you're getting into.

Also, I think the price is far too high.

That's an awful lot of money. You could buy a really good new tablet for that. It's probably running Android 2.2, so many modern apps won't run on it, and the battery will almost certainly be in a very poor state. Does this device have a replaceable battery?

If someone is trying to sell you an old ebook reader for that price, then RUN...RUN away from that person.

He's probably a crook and trying to take advantage of you, of your (perhaps) lack of knowledge.

As Harry suggested, for that kind of money you can buy a top-of-the-line ebook reader or tablet.

DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY - FOR THAT PRICE - ON SUCH OUTDATED TECHNOLOGY!

It was (and kinda still is) an interesting piece of equipment. But $400 is far more than it's worth. There are several at Ebay for well under $100 each.

(I'm not a moderator. But, trust me on this.)

I second that. It's interesting technology, but outdated. Set up an alert on Ebay and you should find one for under $100 within a few months.
