The reader is recognized by Calibre, but books in the library are not shown.
A book imported from Calibre to the device does not appear in the library, but i fond it in the Folder /ebooks/Import. Tried to move it to Bookshelf favorites did not work MfG Herbert |

You will need to customize the driver to tell it where on the device to look for book, right click on the device icon and choose customize.

You are approximately 50 versions behind. Update calibre and see if you still have the problem.
(In case you are wondering why you are 50 versions behind, calibre is released weekly, linux distros are for the most part released once. Naturally, they are out of date almost as soon as they are released. Rolling-release distros like Arch Linux or Gentoo don't have those flaws. Update from the standalone binary package at http://calibre-ebook.com/download_linux. See my sticky thread for auto-updating HERE.) |

Yes, it is quite simple actually.
![]() It is called FeatureFreeze, and it means at a certain point late in development they stop updating ALL applications, and concentrate on stability and bugfix-updates only. This means, for example, critical applications like browsers get updated regularly, but not much else. A large part of the software on a Ubuntu computer is out of date. With calibre it is noticeable, as calibre is updated weekly. If you were using the Ubuntu 15.04 betas, you'd probably have an up-to-date version of calibre. Ubuntu is not the only distro that does this, it is actually quite common. There are distros, like ArchLinux which I use, that keep on the bleeding edge using the Rolling Release model. There is no "ArchLinux XX", like there is "Ubuntu 14.04", rather, you update to the latest version by applying all package updates. |

Hello
It seems that Calibre does not take into account the shelves or genres. Another problem is that the author of a pdf doesn't appear in the list of authors on the Pocketbook 630. Many thanks |
