Different menu depending on the library
Hi,
I don't know if this question has been answered before, I haven't been able to find an answer? Is it possible to have different menus/toolbars depending on the calibre library? Thank you in advance. |

At one stage, I tried installing multiple library specific calibre portables - but I found it too cumbersome. Library switching is just too damn convenient BR |

I use a different script for each library so I can have a config directory per library. The scripts set the CALIBRE_CONFIG_DIRECTORY environment variable before running calibre.

@BetterRed, I was afraid it wasn't possible and I have the same feeling about switching libraries. @Chaley, thank you by the idea, but it's not practical for me because I can switch libraries a lot of a times in a calibre session, so I would have to be closing and opening.
@theducks, the View Manager PI doesn't allow it, I use it inside the libraries, but it's only column view. Thank you all, I'll continue with an only menu. |
