T68 difference in models

What are the differences [NOT including price]
Cosmetic, hardware, software etc between the T68 sold at the following shops?

I bought it from https://onyx-boox.com/. it's a polish shop. arta tech. so the shop on the reader is set to there polish ebook shop.

their firemware is pretty bad. every time i boot it up, it indexes and scanns all books. I only got like 100, but it takes ages.
