Please help !

Really don''t know what wrong with it , and how to fix , i used my Kindle PW2 for a months, everythings was fine , since yesterday , i reconnect my kindle to Wifi and then , my kindle stuck on loading screen , can not go inside and keep flashing the screen till it run out of battery

Does anyone know how to fix this ? i am very appreciate that . thank you !

Have you tried to reset the PW by pressing the power button and keeping it pressed for about 40 seconds?

It is probably trying (without success) to install an OTA update.

Leave it plugged in to a wall charger, and wait (a few days at least).
If it has found a bad file system or a flash chip with lots of errors, it may take it that long to repair itself.

Whatever you do, do not let it run down the battery.

So what would happen if i let it ran out of battery ??? I did it ......
Could we have any recovery mode to reset it ? or Factory reset ?
I tried 15s hold power button but it can not help

There's also one more thing that you could try, if you can access the Kindle partition via USB:

1. Copy all sideloaded books and documents from the Kindle to your computer.
2. Use the DO_FACTORY_RESTORE method described in this post.

If this method also fails, you'll have to contact Amazon for a replacement Kindle.
