sort books by author, years and tag?

There is a way for order books by
- author
--- title
------- Tags

For example, with Ant Movie catalog (Dispaly - Sort by - Advanced) opens a window where you I can decide which order will see the movie, and you can put as first the year, as second the director, etc. etc.
I would do the same thing with Calibre, is possible?

Click on the column headers in order from most specific to least specific, and the records will be sorted the way you want.

In this case, click on Tags, then Title, then Author. It's backward from what you might expect, but it actually makes sense when you think about it.

As an alternative, you can use the View Manager plugin, which allows you to set up views including multiple levels of sorting.
