conversion of ADE formats
Can calibre convert ADE (Adobe Digital Editions) formatted books to work on the kindle ereader? These books are DRM protected, so with ADE you usually have to authorize the device. I was wondering if calibre could convert these same books to a format that the kindle could read.

You can't convert with DRM in place

Google Apprentice Alf for any help as DRM removal instructions are not permitted

Yes, of course it can, but you have to remove DRM first. I buy books from Google all the time (they are ADE books) and read them on my kindles.

Google Apprentice Alf for help with DRM removal.
