Problem with calibre on imac

Hi !
I use Calibre for a few years on my PC and since I bought an imac, i installed calibre on it. At first, it was fine but after a few weeks, each time I launch Calibre, the left click on my mouse doesn't work anymore, just the right one, and I have to restart my computer to have it straight. The result is I have to use my old laptop to manage my ereader. I tried to unistall Calibre, then install it again, nothing better, even to install an older version of calibre, but it's the same.
Did somebody have had this problem and/or know how to fix it ?
