How do I create my own Dictionary for Kindle Paperwhite

Hello there! I am wondering if it is possible to create my own Dictionary for the kindle paperwhite. The reason is, I am always reading book series, and if I could create my own dictionary, I could use that as a "type" of x-ray for the book (I use the Wikipedia for a dictionary any ways)
Is this possible? and if so, could you explain it to me? thanks!

Err, you start by going to the Amazon Kindle forums, this isn't exactly a topic for General Discussions???
