Book Covers
Can anybody tell me why on some book covers (on books I have sideloaded from Calibre) are blank and why some show the cover I have downloaded in the metadata? I have tried the mobi to mobi conversion and the azw3 conversion as well. I should note that if I go to the book tab the covers are there but on the carousel they are blank. I have the Kindle Fire 6 inch. Thanks in Advance!!!

Hi Kovid! Does the size of the cover matter when sending the book to my kindle (6 inch)? The cover image I had was 288 x 475. I"ve noticed that if the cover is bigger, say 400 or higher it will show on my carousel.

Dunno, I only have the original Fire, and on that at least cover size makes no difference.
