Couple of merge and blank page questions
Hi, I merge some of the page in a book per the authors (friends) request. Now I have several blanks page and fear the table of contents is messed up. I tried to talk them out of merge pages but they didn't see the problems it could cause.
How do I remove blank pages? Is there anyway to renumber the page other than manually? Thank you in advanced Kimberly |
