Hi everyone,

I'm from Singapore and I love to read. I just got a Kobo Touch 4 days ago and I have been having trouble with it from day 1.

I tried the kobo help website but I have not heard from them at all.

Hopefully, someone on this website will be able to help me.

This is the first time that I am looking for help on a forum.

Do ask your questions in the Kobo forum, where you're much more likely to get a response..
