Limit Adult Web Content on Kindle Fire

My iPad has a setting that allows limited adult content on websites. My kids just got a Kindle Fire that doesn't appear to have a content filter - it just enables you to allow certain websites or turn off the internet completely. Is there a limited adult content feature for the Fire like there is on the iPad (or an app I can install)? Handpicking each "safe" website they might want to visit is unrealistic.

I don't have a Fire, but it appears that this post at I Love My Kindle may answer your question. I used its directions to set parental controls on a Kindle Basic used by our 7-year-old grand-nephew.

On Fire there is an app called Freetime it for kids... well adults to limit time & content for each child.
