Where the heck is "My Items" located on the Paperwhite?!?

I have a Kindle 3 which I have enjoyed for the last few years, and received my first Kindle Paperwhite yesterday. I have just begun my journey up the "learning curve" to figure out how to set it up, make collections, etc., and immediately ran into a wall, so to speak.

One thing I have seen in quite a few posts and instructions is something along the lines of ""Tap on "My Items"" in order to do this, that and the other thing. All well and good, and I looked for it until my eyes crossed, but I don't seem to have a "My Items" listed anywhere, either as a heading or as a menu choice. Where exactly is this mysterious thing to be found on the Paperwhite? All I can find is "All Items,"

Sorry for such a basic question; I did a search here and elsewhere and apparently this is such an obvious thing, I am the only one that can't find it!

@OAkIris-
I believe what you are referring to is the selection in 'search'... if that is the case, they (Amazon) keep changing its name and location. On my PW2, it is now called 'Text in Books' selection when you are doing a search from the home page.

*mostly used to check and see if your device is still indexing.

Thank you for your response, GoSharks. I haven't even looked into the search options, yet. I am talking about things like these instructions for setting up collections from Amazon Help (my emphasis):

Quote:
View and Manage Your Cloud Collections
Customize the way you view and access collections on your Kindle Paperwhite by filtering items on your Home screen. You can also star your favorite collections to make them even more accessible.

To filter items on your Home screen:
From Home, tap My Items. You will see options to view All Items or view only Books, Periodicals, Docs, Collections, or Active Content.
Tap Collections to see all of your collections.
All kinds of instructions seem to start with "tap "My Items"," thus my desperate search for it.

I think it just refers to the "All Items" that you can see on the home page, because that is what you tap to get those options you have listed (books, collections, all items etc). Perhaps it was "My Items" on previous firmware and has since been changed to "All Items" instead?

I was afraid that might be the answer, but that seemed too obvious! thank you, soulfuldog.

I thought I had tried to use the "All Items," since the "My Items" choice didn't seem to exist, and for some reason it didn't allow me to do whatever the instructions said I should be able to do after tapping on "My Items." Of course, I don't remember exactly what it was I was trying to do. Anyway, "All Items" it is; can't believe even the user manuals and help files that Amazon provides haven't been updated if this is the new terminology....
