This is a minor maintenance and languages release.

The Russian translation is new. It passed my cutoff of 10% and is 15% complete (counting phrases, not words). The updated Japanese translation is now 34% complete, and the updated German translation is now 46% complete. A big

For completeness, the Spanish translation is 73% complete and the French translation is 48% complete. Neither changed in this version.
