Bergren is the 1st in her Grand Tour trilogy of historical coming-of-age travel drama novels with f/m romantic elements set during the 1910s, starring a young Montana woman who discovers a secret heritage which takes her from rags to riches and accordingly embarks on a life-changing journey through Europe while getting to know some surprising things about her new family, free courtesy of Christian publisher David C. Cook.

Apparently this has a mildly unusual story structure where the POV narration switches between multiple characters, and also features a lot of historical travel research which went into it, according to the customer reviews.

This has previously been offered free way back in 2012 and has been repeated a time or two since.
