Kindle for Samsung

I just purchased the Samsung galaxy tab pro 8.4- it is one awesome tablet compared to the Nexus 7 I was using. I also downloaded the kindle for Samsung app. Anyone know the pros and cons to using this app compared to the Kindle for Android app? I don't really notice anything.

You get to pick a free book every month from a selection of four. From the menu on the Samsung Kindle app, pick "Samsung Book Deals." The four books are usually in different genres, and I think every month but one so far, there was something I was at least mildly interested in. The Samsung ones tend to be Kindle Unlimited titles, so if you are already subscribe to that this isn't much of an extra, but if you aren't, hey, a free book every month.

When combined with Kindle First, I'm getting up to two free books a month from Amazon.

You can choose one free book per month from a selection of 4 with the Kindle for Samsung app. While in the app, look under Samsung Book Deals. Otherwise I don't see much difference between it and the regular Kindle app.
