How many ereaders do you have:The poll

I have only one e-ink reader (my old Kobo) but I don't use it. I use my iPad3 or my old Kindle Fire (the first issue). I also use my Droid since my iPhone 5 died last week. I said 4 in the poll and I have a Samsung Galaxy but I don't use it for reading.

What one you should buy depends on where you get most of your ebooks. If it's Amazon then I would get one of the Kindles. If you have Apple products I would get one of their Tablets. If you shop B&N you have the Nook. Over the last few years ebook readers are everywhere. Even if you don't have much money (under $100) you can find some good used high end machines. Stay away from the cheap stuff.

I only read on my Paperwhite 2 Gen. It is the only ereader I have.

I counted my Kindle 5-button e-ink reader and my Kindle Fire HDX since I do a lot of book reading on both devices.

If you use those devices for e-reading then they can count as e-readers. I have one, my Kindle 4.

I have 3 Readers, 1 eReader eBook, 1 iPhone 5, 1 1st Gen iPad, and a Microsoft Surface Pro 2.

So should I check off 1 since it's the only eReader I have?

Now if you had not asked about eReader (which is not hardware, but software and or data) but instead asked about Readers, then I could have voted.

JSWolf, you are aware that thoughts and opinions that are in your own mind aren't necessarily fact just because you think they are, and that repeating them doesn't make them any more of a fact? Or perhaps you just genuinely enjoy being contrary

I have one: a much loved Sony PRS-T1. I must admit the new Kobo Aura HD H2O is tempting me to make it two, though. I also have an iPad 3 and a Samsung Galaxy S3, but I will only read books on my Sony; the others are much too hard on my eyes. (I will read the odd magazine on the iPad, just for the colour and larger screen real estate, but not for long at a time.)

I have only one, a kindle keyboard. I hope the next one I buy ships in all the way across the world without a scratch. That's always a concern with long distance purchases.

sony 505, sony 350, nook simpletouch, kindle non-touch, kindle touch, nexus 7 and my phone for emergencies!

The number is always changing for me. I'm always buying new ones, or selling the ones I don't use. I do have my eye on several ereaders, but right now it is 7.
