Display Filename of Imported Books?

I have Calibre installed on a couple of PCs; I often download book files at one location, put the files on a USB stick, and take them to another location. A large percentage of these book files have names that don't tell me anything about what book a file contains. Is there a way to get Calibre to show the original file name of imported books so I can go back and change the file name later so I know what book a file contains?

Short answer: No

to move books between Calibres: Use Copy to Library, even if the Library is a temporary one on a USB stick. It is a Valid Library, with all the metadata and covers

Thanks! I hadn't thought of that-it's actually a better solution than what I was trying to come up with.
