OSX focus change during ebook-meta on command line

Hey y'all,

I've recently upped to 2.x of Calibre and noticed really painful change that has forced me back down to 1.48, where this is not apparent.

When I run ebook-meta on the command line, the calibre application is brought to the front momentarily, switching my focus from the Terminal to calibre and back again when calibre closes. You might think this is fine - but if I'm typing in another tab whilst running a batch script which uses ebook-meta, I'm constantly losing focus on where I'm typing.

If someone wants to point me to a bug tracker somewhere with steps to recreate, I can do that too. (I'm a developer).

Cheers

Either post here with steps, and Kovid will see it, or see http://calibre-ebook.com/bugs .

Thanks Peter. Looks like I should have typed "calibre bugs" into Google before coming straight over here

You say ePub specific but your script uses a mobi.
