Cover emblems - Where to get?
Just installed 2.0 and trying out the Cover Emblem feature.

When I go to Add Rule and select "Add the emblem", the dropdown(?) button does not show any graphics or symbols. It changes colors to show that I am selecting the button, but there are no images.

Are the emblems in a separate folder now?
Are they a special set of symbols?
Where are they located and why am I needing to tell calibre where to look?

If I select "Add new image", it gives me a chance to choose alternates, I suppose. But, where are the defaults?

There are no defaults. You have to provide whatever images you like as emblems.

I really ove this new feature! i hope that maybe you will ad some default icon for that ^^ maybe just some classic like an heart, or similar

I'm also chuffed about the emblems. I use them to indicate Format, Language, Public Domain/Gutenberg and Read.

Further ideas for use are; Favourite, and an indication for the Layout in the ebook, say a thumbs up for good, thumbs down for bad.

What are others doing with emblems I wonder?

PeterT -- thanks for the link. The description wasn't exactly prominently displayed but I found it

I started to load some PNGs, but the [Add New Image] is only one at a time.

I did discover that in Win7 I could just copy a bunch to

C:\Users\......\AppData\Roaming\calibre\cc_icons

and they become selectable

FWIW, I copied the png's from here

C:\Program Files\Calibre2\resources\images\mimetypes

to here

C:\Users\......\AppData\Roaming\calibre\cc_icons

and created rules to show the formats available with the icon

Not very original I guess, but pretty handy
