Calibre sony eReader Kobo DRM

I am frustrated with my the Kobo library. I cannot organize my books in any way on that site. The Sony eReader interface doesnt seem to work anymore, so I was looking for something that would make it easy to organize a library. I thought CALIBRE would be a godsend. I figured out how to get the ebooks I had previously purchased through the Sony book store and Kobo bookstore into calibre. I thought yippee!, until I tried opening one of them. Turns out every book I tried to open came up with a warning that it could not be opend because of DRM. So i was wondering if anyone has some advice for me, or is calibre not the tool I thought it was. I hope I am just doing something wrong.

DRM is a separate matter. I suggest you google "apprentice alf" to fix the DRM.

Forum rules prevent us from discussing DeDRM in greater detail here on MobileRead.
