ereader-store.de customer service

Has anyone had trouble to contact the customer service of ereader-store.de?
I write some emails to them, but seems there aren't people to take care of customers emails. Someone has ideas to contact it? Thanks in advance.

No problems with ereader-store.de. I did buy stuff several times in the past. I suspect it's only the one guy. Maybe he's somewhere else right now.

Although my M92 experience has been pretty solidly negative, booxtor was always responsive: sometimes it took a couple of days, but he would always respond.

I'm satisfied with my M92. Of course there are always things to improve but in comparison to other 9.7 inch reader it's a great reader.

No problem at all if you use the contact form. I've contacted them several times this week and had my answer (the later) next day.
They are very busy now with the new M96 and T68 so maybe you have to wait a little, but I can guess that you'll have your answer...

I have M92, and yes, not having tested M96 yet all I can say is that M92 It is the best 9.7 ereader I've worked with.
Sure M96 will be a good one too

Well ... if you get one that works, one that you don't have to ship to Germany twice and have still be non-functional, sure, it's probably great. I wouldn't know, myself.

Hi,

actually I am responding to every message on our contact site within of 1-2 (working) days. On some days I have to response to up to 70 emails. Recently I have discovered that for some reasons the IP address of our server was blocked by some mail services like Hotmail.com, live.com mail.ru and some others. I have contacted them to remove our IP from their black lists. For now it works, but they are permanently introducing some new features to their anti spam programs (which is good) and we could again be blocked. So just please keep trying to contact us if you don't see any response. Don't hesitate to mention your unanswered contact trials. I will immediately check if something is wrong with our mail server, server, provider ...)

It was a fairly basic question. I need to buy the reader for my company and need a proper VAT invoice to account for that purchase. just checked - every contact message has been answered.

In times of introducing of new products number of contact requests is just overwhelming sometimes. Most of them are from prospective customers. Have a little patience. We cannot afford extra employee for this purpose, since we also try to keep our prices as low as possible. Cases of emergency of existing customers will be always handled first.
