Calibre login from android
I restricted the access to my Calibre server, requiring user and password.
While access works fine from Windows, it fails when coming from Android.

Is this a Calibre or an Android problem ?

It works fine for me using Chrome on my Galaxy Nexus (android 4.3). I can connect and download books using both the full and the mobile setting.

What browser are you running?

There have been many reports of the standards Android browser having issues with some of the standard types of authentication. Using alternative browsers may well be a solution.
