Changing author's name does not change/move book files in folder

I imported a book by author Helen Marshall. Later, looking for the book in the folder structure, could not find it under /calibre/Helen Marshall. Went into Calibre and searched for the book. Open containing folder. It's in a folder /calibre/Unknown. Metadata showing author name as Helen Marshall. Changed author name in Metadata to Belen Marshall. Calibre did not move the book to folder /calibre/Belen Marshall. Still in folder /calibre/Unknown. Shouldn't book move or file folder structure change when metadata changes? If no, how can I recalculate library so files are in correct folders? Or, how to get Calibre to recognize that author is not Unknown?

Thank you for help. Did try searching and browsing forum but most searches yielded persons trying to get Calibre to display folders with author surname first.

You probably have a DUPLICATE. This one is shown as (Author) Unknown

if that is NOT the case, run Library Maintenance and fix errors

And be sure that your library is not on a NAS. Many of those have trouble with renaming folders. See I am getting errors with my calibre library on a networked drive/NAS?
