replacement official stylus for M92 not work

Hi, I'm Italian and I do not speak English well. I'm using google translator . In December 2013 I bought on amazon a boox onyx m92 black pearl . A few days ago I broke the stylus. The firmware installed on the device is 20131129. I then bought a new stylus from this site:

Today I received the new stylus , but it does not work. I tried to do calibration pen , reset, reinstalled the firmware but it does not work even for a moment . Moreover the new pen is not exactly the same as the old one that I broke . To try to solve the problem I downloaded the software tools mgftool , I connected the device to the PC, and the software has installed something in the device . New icons have sprounted in the device such as VCOM , wavefrom , aging_test . The pen, however, still does not work and now I can not install the original firmware 20131129. What should I do ? I'm desperate ...... thank you very much

Sounds like a hardware problem to me. If I were you I'd contact Onyx-boox and try to work out whether the stylus they sold you works.
You can also try to contact ereader-store.de and tell them your problem. They know a lot about the M92 and will probably be able to diagnose your problem
