"Tell us what you think" survey

I was invited by an email from Kobo yesterday to fill in a customer satisfaction survey. (I am in the UK). On the whole I thought the survey was well constructed, with plenty of scope to vent on the little niggles with the devices, web site and general experience. Note though that you have to answer "very dissatisfied" to a specific question to get an opportunity to comment further, where you can go into more detail, e.g., why doesn't your web site show file formats eh, Mr Kobo? And why can't I multi buy? And please concentrate on improving the reading experience instead of all this social media twaddle. And I do not read in the bath/on the beach/by the pool, so a waterproof ereader? Meh.

There, I feel better already.
