Word docx won't convert

Hello
I have a word docx document, and the conversion stops before producing anything. Error message is given below. I have tried several formats (epub, moby, azw3). I have another word docx which converts perfectly and I cannot figure out what the difference is; in both I have very simple formatting. I use 1.48 on Windows 7.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
