Works internally stored but cannot find SD Card

The program connects and does all it should.
I have tried to alter the folder used for books to the Removable SD Card following the instructions in FAQ, but cannot get past...
/storage/emulated/0

My SD Card is at?? (Device) Removable/MicroSD

Looking at the folders I have...
(Device) sdcard
(Device) storage
(Device) Removable
CC books are by default in...

sdcard/Calibre_Companion AND
storage/sdcard0/Calibre_Companion AND
storage/emulated/0/Calibre_Companion AND
storage/emulated/legacy/Calibre_Companion

Can anybody help please?

In the choose folder dialog, tap the Go To Folder button. It will prompt you with "/". Tap "Open". In the resulting folder list, tap "mnt". Your SD card will probably be listed. If it is not, go back up to the / folder and look in other folders (such as "storage") until you find it.

Do note that if you ever upgrade your tablet to Android 4.4 (kitkat) then the SD card will probably stop working. See our FAQ answer How do I use an SD card with Android 4.4 (Kitkat) for more information.

Thank you very much chaley, I cannot see how I missed that following the FAQ but I did!
Perhaps a delay in the full list of folders appearing
