Instant email notification on Paperwhite?

This is what I need:
An instant email notification on Kindle Paperwhite.
I have tried to use the kindle.com email with a attachment and it kind works, but it takes an entire minute to receive it after the email is being sent. Way too long for what I need. I need 15seconds top, and instant would be best.

I can also check my inbox with the experimental browser but I need to click refresh every time. Not good enough.

Also hotmail appears to have an instant delivery at least on google chrome, I can't check on the kindle browser. BUT I cannot log in to my hotmail on kindle, because the passwords doesn't match, this is something I have noticed in a few web applications were passwords aren't recognized from windows to kindle. This is nuts.

I'm losing it. Help me do this please. Is there any other email provider with instant delivery on the basic kindle browser? And with working passwords of course!

Preferably I don't want to use any jailbreaker and all that stuff. Something simple.

The book/document has to be processed via the Amazon servers, then emailed to your Kindle. You are not going to be able to control how long that takes. It probably has nothing to do with your email provider.

I know it's not the email provider, but I needed an email provider that gets notifications on any browser. And it seems very rare.
Dude my "book" has 10 bytes in it It's taking long not because it's processing anything but because it's done on purpose, maybe also the kindle doesn't connect to amazon all the time, but on all my tries, i never got faster than 1minute.

After some persistence, I finally might have found something though after looking to about 10 email providers I found this:
www.mailinator.com

You receive the email nearly instantly, there is no login, no password, this is heaven. Of course it seems like the inbox is public or something, but that's not a problem. I just hope I can keep using the same email though, not to have to change it every time.
